01 — THE STUDIO
Design
with purpose.
A home begins with the people who live in it. We create architecture and interiors that bring together comfort, beauty and the practical details of everyday life.
Founded by Mayuri Shinde-Dixit and Srilakshmi Kukutlawar, DF9 is a boutique practice working across Hyderabad, Pune and Goa.
MEET THE STUDIO
01 / A STUDY IN MATERIAL02 — OUR POINT OF VIEW
Every home
has a story.
We begin with your routines, your priorities and the place you want to call your own.
01
Purposeful
Light, layout and material work together with a clear reason.
02
Considered
Comfort and function sit alongside beauty, from the plan to the smallest joint.
03
Personal
A space shaped around your life, rather than a style imposed upon it.

05 — OUR EXPERTISE
What we do.
From first ideas to finishing touches, we create spaces designed for living.
01
Architecture
Site-responsive planning, spatial design and architectural detailing.
02
Residential interiors
Personal homes designed around comfort, lifestyle and character.
03
Workplace interiors
Distinctive workspaces and environments built around people and brands.
04
Design development
Drawings, materials, joinery and lighting developed into a coherent design.
05
Site coordination
Design coordination with the site team as the spaces take shape.
06 — THE DETAILS
Materials
that tell a story.
Walnut, pale stone, linen and lime wash bring their own character to a room. We choose materials for their warmth, their purpose and the way they age with everyday use.
